Michael is an experienced personal trainer and former professional golfer who played on tour for many years. With a Level 3 Personal Training Degree and a degree in Nutrition, he offers a well-rounded approach to fitness and wellbeing.
Michael's strengths include advanced training in golf-specific movements and power training with the swing, as well as expertise in kettlebell training, Pilates, Body Pump, and strength training. He also specialises in weight management, helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored programmes and expert guidance.
