Michael is an experienced personal trainer and former professional golfer who played on tour for many years. With a Level 3 Personal Training Degree and a degree in Nutrition, he offers a well-rounded approach to fitness and wellbeing.
Michael's strengths include advanced training in golf-specific movements and power training with the swing, as well as expertise in kettlebell training, Pilates, Body Pump, and strength training.
